Instead, you can indulge in an exfoliating body scrub of grape seeds grown in Napa Valley's own legendary vineyards or double the soothing benefits of a yoga class by contemplating the peaceful woodlands through expansive windows as you do your sun salutations.

Eager to soak up more of Northern California's bounty? Enjoy a Cabernet Crush—a warm Cabernet grape-seed skin-polishing treatment followed by an application of fragrant, vitamin-rich grape-seed oil. Or treat yourself to the newest offering on the spa menu: Grape Seed Rejuvenation. This bliss-inducing two-hour session begins with an invigorating Vineyard Polish (guests choose between grape-seed crush with sea salt and the grape-seed-rosemary-mint scrub for a more tingly sensation) and ends with a stress-relieving grape-seed-oil massage. Both treatment packages feature only locally grown organic grape products.

The Health Spa also offers a variety of facials and wraps, as well as massages that include the use of soothing basalt stones and aromatic herbal oils. If you prefer to seek serenity in the great outdoors, enjoy a dip in one of the resort's two pools (one for adults, one for families), or set off on a hike around the scenic 4.5-mile Meadowood Loop with or without a guide.
