Established in 1988, Patz & Hall embodies the shared vision and collective expertise of four talented friends - Donald Patz, James Hall, Anne Moses and Heather Patz. Together, this dedicated team of individuals has turned a desire to craft benchmark, single-vineyard Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs into one of California's most celebrated artisan wineries.

We offer seated, private tastings by prior appointment daily. Three seating times are available each day: 10:30am, 1pm and 3pm.

For a more casual Salon experience, Patz & Hall offers a seated tasting at the Salon Bar daily from 10am-4pm without prior reservation.

Our Wines

For over 20 years, we have remained committed to handcrafting small-lot and single-vineyard wines, with an exclusive focus on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Produced using grapes from storied vineyards in the Napa Valley, Russian River Valley, Mendocino County, Sonoma Coast and Santa Lucia Highlands, these benchmark wines embody our passionate approach to winemaking, and the diversity of world-class California winegrowing.

What to Expect

In 2006, with the opening of the Patz & Hall Tasting Salon, the founders realized a long-time dream to create a comfortable and inviting home base where friends and wine lovers could gather to share their passion for Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

We offer a seated, private tasting and include six Pinot Noir and Chardonnay single-vineyard-designate wines, as well as seasonal, gourmet food "complements" to enhance your tasting experience. The Salon can accommodate up to ten guests per tasting. The Salon Experience is $40 per person and lasts approximately 60 minutes.

Our seated Salon Bar tasting is offered at $20 per person, providing our guests with a more casual experience. Visitors to the Salon Bar enjoy four Patz & Hall wines in an elegant, convivial setting.
